I first saw the Sacred Vanda Papilionanthe teres orchid while staying at the Golden Rock Inn in Nevis. The composition of this painting utilizes the Fibonacci sequence as the flowers spiral clockwise down to the bottom flower and the color intensity of the flower also decreases as it descends. This orchid is aptly named Sacred Vanda.
